Eligibility depends on the programme. Some programmes are designed primarily for legal professionals, while others are suitable for HR, compliance, management, business and other professionals. Each programme page states its intended audience.

Initial ILCP programmes are delivered live online. Normal live sessions are designed not to exceed two hours.

Replay access is provided where stated on the programme page. Professional Certificates are intended to include replay access for approximately 90 days unless an intake states otherwise.

Where replay access is included, participants may use the recording to review a missed lesson. Live participation is still recommended, and attendance or participation requirements may apply to certificate completion.

Yes. Organisations may request group registration or a customised corporate-training programme.

Participants who satisfy the stated completion requirements will receive the certificate described on the programme page.

ILCP programmes are private professional education and training programmes. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular programme, they are not university degree programmes and are not represented as qualifications accredited or recognised by the University Grants Commission, a statutory regulator or a professional body.

Included materials vary by programme and may include workbooks, selected templates, checklists, case exercises, reference material and replay access. The programme page will state what is included.
